
Mirande "Randa" Sidaros

Mirande is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science, and a Master’s of Education, Health, and Physical Education from Alexandria University, Egypt. She received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. Mirande is a proud recipient of the recognition award from the Massachusetts Association for Marriage and Family Therapy for extraordinary accomplishments and commitment in the study of the field of marriage and family therapy.

Mirande has worked in various mental health settings, including in-home therapy, outpatient care, and schools. She provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her therapeutic approach integrates person-centered counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger issues, relationship challenges, as well as emotional and behavioral disturbances. Mirande is passionate about working with culturally diverse clients and incorporates expressive art modalities to support children in articulating their inner experiences. She welcomes clients seeking to integrate their spirituality into counseling, drawing from her experience with Pastoral Counseling Services of the South Shore.

Mirande is deeply committed to supporting youth and families both professionally and within the community. As a mental health advocate, she is actively involved in her church community in Natick and Attleboro, where she empowers families to navigate life’s challenges, manage stressors, and make positive changes. Through compassionate guidance and advocacy, Mirande strives to create a supportive environment that fosters resilience and well-being for individuals and their loved ones.

Mirande encourages clients to bring their authentic selves into the therapeutic space, fostering a safe and supportive environment for exploring emotions, increasing self-awareness, and achieving meaningful insights. Viewing counseling as a collaborative process, she applies creativity to tailor interventions that best align with each client’s needs, creating openness and lightness in their journey toward healing and growth.

When she is not working, Mirande enjoys reading, painting, baking, playing tennis, and traveling with her husband and their three sons.
