DJ King, MA

DJ King earned his BA from Penn State University, where he majored in Marketing, minored in Psychology, and received a certificate in Consumer Behavior. He is currently a fourth-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at William James College. As part of his graduate education, he earned an en-route MA degree in Professional Psychology as he works toward completing his PsyD degree while concentrating his studies in Neuropsychology and LGBTQ+ populations.

DJ has fully completed three years of pre-doctoral training with notable experiences at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans’ Hospital (Bedford VA) and the Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in the Cognitive Neurology Unit. He intends to pursue a pre-doctoral internship in the 2025-2026 training year in order to fulfill APA requirements for his degree, and he hopes to graduate as a clinical psychologist in May 2026.

While DJ is experienced in the neuropsychological assessment of adults and older adults, he is eager to continue learning about neurocognitive and neurodevelopmental conditions across the lifespan. He is particularly interested in working with LGBTQ+ folx, pre-surgical evaluations, and complex-medical or neurological conditions.
