Dr. Paul Andrick

Dr. Paul Andrick completed his doctoral program at William James College in Newton, MA. He earned his BA in psychology from Wesleyan University. After Wesleyan, he worked for two years as in-home therapist. Dr. Andrick completed his predoctoral internship at the Dr. Leon O. Brenner Center for Psychological Assessment and Consultation in Newton, MA, where he conducted neuropsychological assessments and testing for youth and families regarding diagnostic questions including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, fetal alcohol syndrome, trauma and stressor-related disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioral regulation challenges. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychological assessments with children and adults here at Newton Neuropsychology Group.

Dr. Andrick has considerable experience working with children and their families across a variety of treatment settings in the greater Boston area, including neuropsychological assessment clinics, hospital-based outpatient settings, in-home therapy, public schools, and community mental health centers. 

 

Dr. Andrick couples this work with a particular interest in trauma and attachment. He strives to deliver compassionate, evidence-based assessment and care that integrates family systems, attachment-based approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to meet children and families’ individual needs and help them achieve their maximum level of functioning at home, school, and in the community. In his spare time, Paul enjoys skiing and golfing.
